When I saw this pink set available from Nuuly I knew it would be an instant add to cart! (That’s the great thing about having a Nuuly subscription, you don’t have to think twice about adding things to your cart). Now you do have to add these pieces individually, so it will take up 2/6 spots available in your monthly subscription. But I actually loved being able to rent just the pink tweed jacket or the skirt separately. I could wear them together or as separates. Now that I’ve rented both pieces I think I’d be happy with just renting the pink jacket next time. There’s just so many ways to wear it, even without the matching skirt. But the matching set is such a vibe that I had to rent both pieces at least once. (Note: the skirt runs small. So it you’re considering renting or buying this set, size up one in the skirt). I actually wore this pink jacket 4 different ways, but wanted to share 3 of those ways with you in today’s post.

If you haven’t seen Barbiecore taking over this fall, you certainly won’t forget about it now! The Barbiecore trend is the whole reason I had to rent both the jacket and skirt. Tweed sets are already amazing, but in pink is just over the top amazing! I happened to wear this on the 60th anniversary of JFK’s famous moon speech and my boss asked if I wore it on purpose. (Because of Jackie Kennedy’s famous all pink look). I thought it a very funny coincidence, because I had not planned that, but it certainly worked out perfectly!
Ways to Wear a Pink Jacket
If you don’t think you could pair a pink jacket with anything in your closet, think again. When I originally rented this set I thought I would only wear it as a set. Boy was I wrong. I only rented it for a month and found 4 ways to wear it. (Imagine how many more ways I could wear it if I had kept it for longer!) In fact, with so many ways to wear it, I ended up buying a pink blazer. I loved styling this jacket with a dress that had pink in it and with an all black outfit! It added the perfect pop of color and felt very Grease. I loved it!
