3 Ways to Wear a Romper in Summer

I’ve been riffling through my closet in order to clean it out. Ever since TJ Maxx reopened my closet has been growing and bank account has been shrinking. To make myself not feel as bad for all of that spending I told myself I would clean out my closet. Clearly that never works. I grow attached to all my clothes, even if I never wear it. However, while looking through my closet I came up with what feels like a hundred different ways to wear a romper. I really do love this banana print romper and waited forever to finally get it. Therefore I’m not quite ready to part ways with it. Which is why I’m sharing 2 new ways (plus the classic romper) to wear it this summer.

2 New Ways to Wear a Romper this Summer

If I’m going to keep everything in my closet I’m at least going to learn how to wear things multiple ways. Thus, finding new ways to wear this romper. Banana leaf is easily one of my favorite prints in clothing ever. But, I only own a romper, and a couple dresses in the print. So using this romper as a top or as shorts is a great way to make it seem like I have more things in this gorgeous print. First, I paired it with a solid pair of pink shorts. It totally has a retro Barbie vibe to me, especially with the big bow. Second, I took one of my crop tops to wear over the top half of the romper. This combination works very well on account that the romper is strapless. You could make this combo work as well if it were strapless but it really works best with nothing in the way.

Classic Summer Romper

While I love these two new combinations for this romper and plan on wearing them throughout the summer, you can’t beat the classic original design. This romper is easily the most figure flattering romper that I own. It’s sexy yet fun with the summer print. With all these ways to wear it, you can wear it from the parks to the club. (Though I might not recommend that right now).
