Well y’all…I was gonna save this post for Monday but who knows where this storm will be then. Hopefully the rest of you get to enjoy Labor Day with pool parties, cookouts, and friends. I might be enjoying a hurricane party (which honestly, are pretty fun if the power stays on). However, I will not be enjoying pool time on Monday. So I wanted to share a few quick pool looks that are perfect for Labor Day! I also wanted to share some great end of summer sales that are happening this Labor Day weekend.
3 Labor Day Pool Looks
I have so much red white and blue for the pool it’s ridiculous. Last Labor Day I spent lounging around at the pool, watching movies, and enjoying some drinks. It was amazing. I was sporting the same Becca Swimsuit that I am sharing here today. It is one of my all time favorite swimsuits because it’s sexy yet conservative.
I’m not stopping there this year. I’ve pulled out all my patriotic swimwear to share! For instance, this freaking adorable, UNDER $10, high waisted bikini. I purchased this swimmy during prime days and absolutely adore it. It should be noted it’s not exactly like the picture. The picture shows it covering the models belly button. If you have a very low belly button it might. But it is much lower than that in person. This was mentioned in the reviews so I knew before I bought it. Other than that minor difference though, this suit is amazing. Honestly I prefer a lower cut high waist, it’s more comfortable to me. The quality is amazing, and come on, it’s under $10!
Then there’s the classic Red lifeguard swimsuit. Target really has an amazing swimsuit selection. This swimsuit is from a few seasons ago. A red one piece is so classic they have some version or other every season. Your go to red swimsuit might not even be from Target. I just think Target has some bomb swimsuit prices (except compared to Amazon apparently).
Lastly, a sexy one piece with some side boob from Boutine LA. Boutine LA is one of my favorite companies for swimsuits. Their prices are great and the material is heavenly. They have some outrageously sexy swim, but also some more modest ones. You should note that they are all very cheeky, so I don’t mean modest in the booty. There’s something for everyone (unless you’re my teen sister. There’s nothing for you). Just a few discount codes to be aware of for Boutine LA are “LABOR45” for 45% off everything and “LAST50” for 50% off clearance right now. Oh and, I highly recommend signing up for their emails, they typically send out a new 35% off coupon every other week.
Best End of Summer Swim Sales
Labor Day weekend is my favorite time to stock up on swimwear. There’s nothing like end of summer sales to stock up on basics for next summer. Besides swim, cover-ups, rash guards, and flip flops are great items to buy right now too. I’m extremely giddy because some of the swim I’ve had my eye on all summer are finally on sale! A lot of them I discovered through a few of my favorite preppy bloggers (Carly & Belle of the Ball). While not all of them are at the price I’d want, they are marked done much more than I expected them to be! Find just a few of my favorite bikinis and suits on sale below.
Best End of Summer Sales and Finds
Originally I wasn’t going to share any of the sales, but then I started getting the emails. And the emails included so many cute products that I started shopping. And when I start shopping, I have to take other people with me. So tag you’re it! Let’s go shopping.
Forever 21
Forever 21 is having an amazing sale on their sale right now! I already love their prices to begin with, even before any discount. This weekend they are offering an extra 60% off sale items. Just use code “ADD2CART” at checkout! Some of my favorite items include a burnt orange skirt that is almost identical to the one I wore in my pumpkin patch post last year. Hands down, one of the best fall purchases ever.
Lands End
Ok, so Land’s End becomes one of my top shopping destinations when fall temps finally hit Florida. They just have so much cozy stuff. I’m not always a fan of the prices, but their sale section is amazing. Right now they are offering 40% off all regular priced items with code “PARTY”. Which just makes their sale prices even more appealing.
J. Crew
I have a serious love/hate relationship with J. Crew & J. Crew Factory. Why? Because they will change their extra discount code about 100 times during a major sale season. For instance, earlier this week J. Crew was offering an additional 40% off sale. A great deal. But now they are offering an extra 50% off of sale until 09/01 with code “SUNSET”. They really know how to sucker you into buying stuff for the top price and then immediately regretting it because they come out with a better discount. Regardless, there are so many things from J. Crew on sale right now that I’ve been waiting for. Unfortunately, many other people have been waiting too so things are selling out fast. Splurge if you can and hurry!
J. Crew Factory
Speaking of J.Crew Factory…until tomorrow (09/01) they are offering 50% off everything PLUS 60% off Clearance items with code “FALLFUN”. This isn’t to say a better deal won’t roll around Labor Day morning bright and early, but this is already a pretty good deal so I thought I’d share. The thing I like about J.Crew Factory is they tend to restock their clearance, which I have yet to see J. Crew do.
Vineyard Vines
Honestly, Vineyard Vines on sale is still ridiculously overpriced for me. (Which is why I was so in love with the Target x Vineyard Vines collab). Like $20 on sale for a bikini top, seriously? Clearly, if that was in my budget I would buy it, but it’s not. However, this is one of their best sales so if you love Vineyard Vines and it’s in your budget, shop till you drop! They’re offering an additional 50% off sale items until 09/04 with code “WOAS50”.
BaubleBar
The sale BaubleBar is having right now is ridiculous. They are offering up to 70% off the hottest items from the summer. I’m head over heels because some of these earrings were originally over $55 and now they are only $10!
Sail to Sable
While Sail to Sable is having a sale on their site right now, it’s not as good as the discounts their retailers are offering. I’m linking my favorite Sail to Sable sale items of the season below. You can (of course) always shop directly from their site. Quite frankly though, I think Sail to Sables site isn’t as mobile friendly as it could be. For someone who does a lot of her shopping from a cellphone, that bothers me some. Their site is also sold out of a lot of items already. Which is just another reason why I’m linking to the retailers below.

Sadly there is no sale on sale for Boden. However, they do have some great sale items that I love and wanted to share. Stock up for next summer or this upcoming fall with these gorgeous items!
Kate Spade
I’ve just got to throw in my favorite designer sale somewhere. Kate Spade is offering an extra 30% off of sale items with code “takethecake” until 09/03. Some great pieces from summer and great ones to use in the fall are on sale! They may not be surprise sale prices but it’s certainly one of my favorite end of summer sales.
