Bridesmaids Essentials

As you read this, I’m probably getting ready for one of my favorite persons wedding. I don’t claim to know anything about being in weddings, planning weddings, etc. but I’ve realized a few things that I’m going to need to get through the day today that I figured I’d share. A few of these Bridesmaids Essentials are also perfect for any guest attending a wedding too. So let’s get to it!

Bridesmaids Essentials

Coffee

With an early flight out and inevitable long nights leading up to the wedding, coffee is a no brainer. I feel like I could have used about 20 cups of coffee in the past 24 hours. After the wedding weekend it’ll be back to the office on Monday, and for that I’ll need even more coffee!

The Perfect Nail Color

I’ll be honest, I didn’t take nearly enough time into the nail color I chose. Luckily the bride didn’t have a preference on our nail color. So instead of going crazy trying to find a color I loved, I just raided my moms nail colors. Amazingly, she had a color that perfectly matched my bridesmaids dress. It was a total win.

Earrings

This is a detail I almost forgot. Depending on the dress, you may be able to get away with quite the statement earrings. Of course, classic studs always get the job done too.

Shoes

This is an accessory I actually put thought into. As we all know, a shoe can make or break an outfit. The last thing you want to do on a wedding day is Break an outfit. Add to the fact that the wedding might be outside and you’ll have some challenges to face when it comes to choosing shoes. Just make sure you pick something that’s comfortable and you can walk in. Don’t want a mishap walking down the isle.

Painkillers

This is a general wedding weekend must. Maybe you didn’t drink too much but maybe you also didn’t drink enough (coffee/water). Don’t be caught without at least one painkiller on hand.
