Later this week Disney releases its live action of the movie Dumbo. I’ve grown up watching Dumbo my entire life. Truth be told, it has never been my favorite Disney movie, Disney ride, Disney theme, etc. When I heard about the live action of Dumbo I was intrigued. Then I saw that it was by one of my favorite producers and artist, Tim Burton, and I was sold. It took less than 3o seconds of the trailer to convince me that I’m about to become a huge fan of Dumbo.
With all this excitement waiting for Dumbo to come out, I put together a Dumbo inspired outfit. Much like this live action movie, it’s pulling on some classic themes with a modernized twist. I could have gone multiple routes with this outfit, but I decided to add some glitz and glam to it. Of course, this “modern” take on Dumbo might not suit everyone, so I’ve included some more classic inspiration for outfits as well. Enjoy and remember, even in the depths of heart ache you can learn to fly!
