A new found obsession of mine have been bodysuits. Admittedly, I’ve been skeptical of them for years. Why would someone wear that? Why do they all seem to be thing bodysuits? Isn’t a bodysuit a form of lingerie, not everyday clothing? Oh the mind of the ignorant. I first started to look at bodysuits in a different light over the fall season. I love a good basic for fall, and the bodysuit seems like a great basic to have. It wasn’t until the winter that I bought one to try though. And once I did, I was hooked. Why had I waited so long to try one? And why does no one ever talk about how great they are? (Ok, they do but not really all that in depth). So while you’re here, this is why I’ve fallen head over heels for bodysuits.

Why Bodysuits Are the Perfect Top
Let’s start at the beginning. I love all things high waisted. But I don’t love all things crop top. I love seamless, put together looks. But I hate pulling down a shirt to keep looks seamless all the time. If you’re like me, let me introduce you to the bodysuit. My top reasons to love them are:
- No Bunching – I love wearing a skirt and top, but I hate having to constantly retuck my shirt in or pull it down. With a bodysuit, everything stays in place.
- Seamless Transition – Almost every time I wear a bodysuit I get asked if I’m wearing a dress. The pairing of a bodysuit and skirt are just so smooth, everyone will think you’re wearing a dress!
- Easier than a Romper – I love a good romper. But I hate going to the bathroom in them. A bodysuit is so much easier because it snaps on the bottom.
Of all the reasons that I love bodysuits, the top reason is without a doubt not having to fix my outfit all the time.
