My Favorite Holiday Outfits Over the Years

It’s officially the holiday season! Which means now is the time to wear all your holiday outfits! It’s my goal to wear as many Christmas outfits as I can as I countdown to Christmas. The beautiful thing about the holiday season, is there’s a way to wear almost every color throughout it. You don’t have to just stick with red and green. Pinks, blues, gold, and so much more can help add some holiday cheer into any of your outfits.

I wanted to take this time to not only share some of my holiday outfits from this year, but also years past. There’s so many looks that I’ve come to treasure during the holiday season. While they don’t need to be limited to wear just now, it feels almost more special only wearing them during this time of year.

Holiday Outfits from Years Past

One of my favorite items to create a holiday outfit with is this bow tartan skirt. The fabric has a shine to it and the red is just the perfect pop to any outfit. Over the years I’ve really become invested in wearing this skirt only in December. While I have nothing against wearing tartan after the holidays, this skirt is strictly saved for the Christmas season.

2022 Outfits

There’s still a ton of red in my outfits this year. But I’ve worn my fair share of neutrals for Christmas also. Think lots of blacks, whites, and sparkle. (Yes, sparkle is a neutral). When I went to see the Nutcraker I settled on a white dress and my new Kate Spade purse. For my work holiday party I wore a blackwatch plaid top with jeans. (Yes, jeans!) Even though I haven’t snapped a picture of them all, it’s really getting me in the holiday spirit. Here’s my favorites so far this season.
