This summer I’ve spent a lot of time and money investing in basics. While I’d usually opt for spending money on a new dress that is brightly colored and patterned, this year I’ve decided to make smart style decisions. It seems like every time I’m on the hunt for a particular clothing item that it comes out a year later.
