As spring quickly approaches, I’ve realized there are some things I’ve always wanted to do but haven’t. So this year, in an effort to do some of those things, I’m putting together a springtime bucket list. While some of the items on this list may seem insignificant or small, they would mean the world to me to do. I’m lucky enough to have gotten the ball rolling on this list yesterday morning by having mimosas on the beach at sunrise.
I won’t talk about every single thing on this spring bucket list but there are just a few that I’d like to point out.
Learn a New Sport
I’m not sure why but I’ve really had this itch to learn a new sport. First it started off as wanting to learn tennis, and now it’s really progressed to any sport. Whether it be basketball, golf, or tennis, I just want to learn it and have the ability to play it decently. Sports are fun even if you’re terrible at them, but a little competition is fun too.
Go on a Weekend Getaway
Can y’all believe it is almost April?! I hardly can. You know what I have coming up in April? Another wedding (on top of one I’m going to this weekend). I am so honored and greatful to be apart of the wedding party. It is also taking place up in Virginia which means hello weekend getaway! It may be a jam packed, emotional weekend, but it will still be a nice getaway for a day or two.
See the Orange Blossoms Bloom
This one I had to share because while doing research on where to see orange groves I found a real gem! It’s called Showcase of Citrus. In mentioning it to my boyfriend he said, “Oh yeah! I’ve been there”. There looks like there’s so much to do, other than just see the groves. You could really make a whole day out of it! Showcase of Citrus is located in Clermont, so it’s not too far of a drive from Orlando. I’m not sure when I will go, but I certainly hope I get to go soon!
