The summer tassel and Pom Pom trend is something I’m all over. I’ve been on the hunt for a tassel dress for a few months so I was ecstatic when I found this tassel back dress from SheIn. Not only are the tassels a perfect color, but the white dress with cut-outs makes it the perfect dress for this summer!
My SheIn Review of the Tassel Back Dress
This is one of SheIn’s “pricer” items of the season. At $21, it is more expensive than many of their other items, but still an extremely affordable price for a dress. Something to note about SheIn is, the more expensive the item, the nicer the quality. This dress overall is very nice quality, using a schiffy fabric, and lined with a light linen underneath. The tassels are well put together and had less stragglers than many other tassel items (probably due to the ticker string used). The back of the dress can be tied in a multitude of ways and has a zipper for extra ease when putting on. I would recommend either tying the back the way you’d like to before you put it on or have someone else tie it for you once it’s on.
Quality VS. Price
The quality of an item isn’t something I typically worry about in a lot of my wardrobe, especially as I’ve been trying to clean it out more frequently. To me, the only person who really knows the quality of a clothing piece is the person wearing it. If it styled and worn correctly, you usually can’t tell just how “high quality” something is. Although I know quality is a BIG deal for a lot of people. In which case, I do completely understand. I don’t skimp out on quality for workout clothes, because I know I’m going to get a lot of wear out of them. Other items that I don’t think I’ll keep forever though, I’ll go with price over quality.
