I have now re-watched the first season of Bridgerton for the 3rd time. Can ya blame a girl? The ambiance alone is enough to make me re-watch it. If I could live on the set of Bridgerton, I would. And don’t doubt for a second that I’m not taking notes on how to decorate our house in true Bridgerton style. With how much I adore Bridgerton, I wish there was a Bridgerton Experience for The Queen’s Ball in Orlando. You can bet, I would buy tickets in a heartbeat. Those lucky people in D.C., Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, and Montreal. Maybe they’ll add some Florida stops soon. Regardless, I’ve already brainstormed what I’d wear to The Queen’s Ball. I don’t need to be the diamond, but I still need to feel fabulous.

Dress (Plus Size) // Shoes // Purse
Rule number one about Bridgerton fashion and The Queen’s Ball: Always wear an empire waist. No seriously, there is no other way to dress like a true a Bridgerton. I’ll be the first to say, an empire waist really isn’t flattering. But it is a must for The Queen’s Ball. You can still get away with a natural waist. However to be authentic to the time period, an empire waist is key. Depending on what character you are trying to emulate will determine the other aspects of your outfit. Personally, I’m a sucker for Daphne. So blues and whites are what I’m most drawn too. I will say, it seems to be harder to find an empire waist gown on the market this year than last. Maybe the fashions in Bridgerton season two aren’t as memorable.
