Did she really just say blue floral again? You bet I did! Did you expect me to stop for some reason? In the dead heat of summer? I don’t think so. I’ve shared this blue floral blouse before paired with a pencil skirt for work. Now I’m sharing it in a more casual outfit for summer. I don’t know that I’ll ever be a Nike shorts and oversized t-shirt type of girl. There may be a few days here and there throughout the summer, but generally, I like to be put together. This outfit is great for being put together but not sacrificing comfort either. If you’re looking to sophisticate your summer wardrobe I’d highly recommend a comfortable blouse. A neutral skort is another great summer staple. If skorts aren’t your thing, pair your summer blouse with jean shorts.

My all time favorite place for skorts is Lilly Pulitzer. Whether you’re looking for an athletic skort, a casual skort, or something vibrant and printed, they have you covered. What I love the most about skorts is obviously the built in shorts underneath! It’s like when dresses have pockets & I get all excited! This white colette skort pairs perfectly with this blue floral blouse. It’s a great staple with hidden gems, like pockets and adorable scallops!

There is no shortage of blue florals out in the world, and blouses are no exceptions. I’ve actually been hunting for blue florals since last year so it’s safe to say it might become a classic. It’s really hard to control my impulse buying though when I see another blue floral print.
