I keep finding myself going back to any blue floral dress on the market this summer. Whether it’s a bold print, or something more subtle, I just can’t get enough of blue florals. Maybe it has something to do with the way Bridgerton took the world by storm. Or maybe it’s just blue florals time to shine. Either way, I gravitate towards every blue floral dress that I see. Even Michael has noticed and isn’t surprised when something blue and floral shows up anymore.

Luckily for me, there’s no shortage of this trend to go around. Florals are always popular in spring and summer, but shades of blue are trending this year. While I wouldn’t consider myself a very trendy person, I can totally get on board with this one. A blue floral dress in the right cut will become a summer staple for years to come. Subtle Blue Floral Outline Dress
I recently signed up for some fashion rental services. (Specifically, Nuuly & Rent the Runway. Full review on those soon but so far I’m loving them). This dress is one of the items I got from Rent the Runway this month. I wanted to go with something that was more subtle in print than other items I’ve purchased. I love how it moves and that it’s a looser fit. Something to certainly keep in mind with rental services is that, the item is probably not at crisp as it is in photos. When you’re used to new (or like new) clothing, this might be hard to get past. But rest assured, the pieces are still beautiful even if they may be a little faded. It was a bit off-putting when first opening the bag, but once it was on and I was wearing it the thought didn’t cross my mind again.
