Botanical prints are perfect for summer. While I love a good ditsy floral, botanical prints are big, bold, and beautiful too. My love for botanical prints was reinvigorated when H&M released their meadow collection. They first released a preview on their Instagram and from that point on, I was re-hooked on botanics! I checked back almost constantly waiting for the collection to release because I knew it would sell out fast. The collection ended up having a staggered drop date, with some items still waiting to drop. Luckily the items I had my eyes on dropped first & together. I ordered them immediately and am so glad I did, as the two pieces I ordered are now sold out. The rest of the collection that is still available is equally as gorgeous and I’m tempted to buy more as it’s all under $100.

The downside of many gorgeous botanical prints is that, they seem to be exclusively for designers. Designers like Oscar de la Renta and Agua Bendita have truly stunning botanical prints for summer. I don’t know about you but, I certainly can’t afford either of them unless I save up for a very long time. Luckily, stores like H&M, Showpo, and others have done a wonderful job curating botanical collections this summer. Therefore, the high fashion botanical look we can attain for penny’s of the designer brand.
H&M Botanical Summer Collection
I’m not sure what I was expecting from the pieces I got from H&M other than for the prints to be stunning. But they went an exceeded my expectations. What I really love about this collection is that it’s a part of their Conscious line, which is all sustainable. On top of that, the material is just heavenly for summer. It’s made of the lightest cotton I have ever been privileged to wear. It’s so heavenly, I never want to buy another thing made of cotton that doesn’t feel like it. There’s still beautiful pieces from this collection available with more coming soon and all are under $100.
