All my end of summer sale purchases are starting to roll in! From the amazing sales at J. Crew to patiently waiting for my Lilly APS purchases to arrive…I can’t wait to share them all! Today I’m sharing this Gingham Jumpsuit from J. Crew that I had my eyes on all summer long. It’s come just in time for me to wear at the end of summer and well into the warm Florida fall!
Gingham Jumpsuit from J.Crew…or is it?
Full transparency here guys: I didn’t purchase this jumpsuit directly from J. Crew. Am I a liar or what?! Ok, ok…hear me out. I desperately wanted this Gingham Jumpsuit from J. Crew…but I simply couldn’t afford it. Until it went on sale for Labor Day that is. By the time it went on sale it was sold out in my size! So I patiently waited…and stalked Poshmark, per usual. It didn’t take long for it to show up! And cheaper than what it cost on sale at J. Crew. So while I was fully planning on buying it directly from J. Crew, it just didn’t work out that way. But hey, at least I got it!
J.Crew Sizing
I know I bring this up a lot, but I feel like I need to make other woman aware. J. Crews sizing tends to run larger than most brands. I’m typically a 0 in other brands but find a 000 in J. Crew to fit me the best, especially in bottoms. This Gingham Jumpsuit from J. Crew however is a size 0. I figured in a jumpsuit that isn’t strapless it would do the job. I sincerely think this is the best fit in a J. Crew jumpsuit that I could find. I’m honestly not even sure if it came in a 00. If I had, I fear it might have been too short in the crotch area. So THANK YOU J. Crew, for getting the sizing right for this adorable jumpsuit. Now how about making more things in between the size of 00 and 000?

This is super cute! Love the details and the bow in the back. I know you love your gingham print. This is great for almost any season in Florida.
