Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie…sorry it’s not yellow but it’s still a polka dot bikini! I first talked about this bikini in my summer essentials post. Since then, I have decided that it is too cute to not have its own post. Both the top and the bottom I got for under $30 from Forever 21. Polka dots are one of my all time favorite prints on the planet. It is so timeless. Whether it’s black and white, yellow, or rainbow, I’m always drawn to polka dots while shopping. To top this little beauty off it has this adorable ruffle details on the straps. Like serious, how perfect? This suit is the epitome of feminine in my book. While the bottoms are a little big on me it was nothing a few safety pins couldn’t fix. (Full disclosure, I’ve been using the safety pin trick basically since I was born. Some things just aren’t worth that $15+ alteration when you hardly even notice the safety pins). I think the reason the bottoms may have been big on me is because they were a high leg cut. I have some high leg one pieces but then I don’t have the problem of them falling down. Had there been one more size down I think it would have fit but even the small didn’t work for me. Overall this Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie polka dot bikini has become one of my favorite suits for this summer and I can’t wait to wear it even more! Go rock those dots ladies!
