Is there anything more perfect for summer than a linen blouse and white pants? Probably not. The only thing that could be more perfect is if summer didn’t make me sweat. I’ve really loved my time wearing this linen blouse from Nuuly, but it’s time to send it back and try some new things. Odds are, I’ll probably end up renting it again (but maybe this time in green). It’s really been a versatile top that I could wear with most any outfit. And with so many ways to tie it or tuck it in, it’s not wonder why it works with so much. I chose to pair it with some white pants for one final outfit as a way to show it off in all it’s glory. The pants don’t distract from the linen blouse in any way. Rather they help accentuate all the features, like the tie front and puff sleeves.

Best Pants to Pair with a Linen Blouse
Hands down, the best pair of affordable pants have to be the Old Navy pixie pant. They’re under $50 and come in so many colors, prints, and patterns. I currently own two pairs, this one in white, and a navy polka dot. When it comes to affordable workwear, these pants are it. BUT they clearly aren’t just for work. White pants are great for summer, especially if you’re not a big jeans person like me. They work so well with so much. Whether you want to pair them with a vibrant printed top or a solid summer color, you can’t go wrong with white pants.
