Sherpa Jacket that is Cute & Affordable

Alright y’all switching things up today. (You may ask, “Danielle, how are you switching things up?”). Well this post wasn’t originally planned! Ha, ha, ha! (The type A in me is screaming right now). I was going to post on sweater vest and how I’m really loving their comeback. However, more pressing issues appeared when I received my sherpa jacket from Target a few weeks ago! At the time, I did jump on Instagram stories to talk a little bit about it but as I thought more I realized, it needs it’s own post. And not just my sherpa jacket, but all affordable options out there.

Why affordable you may ask? Because pricey items aren’t always worth it and because affordable items aren’t always cheaply made. This Target jacket is a testament to that. I was originally looking at the jacket from J.Crew. I was waiting for it to go on sale but it seemed to be excluded from every sale they had. And then the Target jacket went on sale and I jumped on it. Now let me make it clear, even if the Target jacket hadn’t gone on sale I’d still be saving $50+. Not to mention they are almost identical, minus the buttons.

Sherpa Jacket Under $100

Personally, I see nothing wrong with spending $100 on a quality jacket. However, I live in Florida so I have a really hard time justifying it. I had such a hard time justifying it, I didn’t even buy my jacket when it was only $40. Regardless, there are so many great sherpa jackets out there for under $100 and even under $50. Check out stores like Old Navy, Target, and Kohls for great prices on some sherpa jackets. Also don’t limit yourself to the brand and stores you like. I never thought Target would have something as cute as my jacket, but they came in clutch with a great classic color combo and great fit. Remember, just because it’s not name brand doesn’t mean the quality is bad.
