With all this warm weather around I needed to do a little spring shopping. Since I was in need of some cheap dapper day apparel, I decided to buy a few other articles of clothing from SheIn. An item in particular that I’ve had my eye on for a while is this gingham blouse with tie sleeves. I’ve noticed that I have a ton of neutral bottoms for spring and summer but not a lot of patterned tops to wear with them. I tend to not wear any of the bottoms because there’s not enough “umph!” to the outfit. I thought this blouse had the perfect amount of pattern and detail. Paired with a simple white skort and some flats or sandals make it the perfect springtime outfit for walking around on a sunny day.
I tend to purchase a lot of things from SheIn, and while I believe they are becoming more reputable, I know many people still have their doubts. Would it interest anyone if I did my honest review of SheIn based on my experience? Let me know, because I’d be glad to! My only complaint about this gingham top is the bow detailing. This is more so a universal complaint about bow details that you have to self tie because apparently I stink at tying pretty bows. It took me about 5 tries to even get it to look semi like a bow. Other than that, I’m completely in love with this spring gingham, farm girl-esque, look.
