St. Patrick’s Day lands on a Sunday this year, which can make it difficult to load up on all the Irish car bombs and green beer responsibly. More so than that, finding a St Patricks Day Outfit that is “Sunday appropriate” has been a challenge for me! I can’t just wear any old Easter dress. I may have one too many green beers this weekend, but you can bet I’m going to look classy doing it. So today I’m sharing two classy outfits for St. Patrick’s Day.
St Patricks Day Outfit #1
My first outfit is the Lilly Pulitzer Mila Shift Dress in one of my favorite Lilly prints, Guac and Roll. If this print doesn’t scream “Don’t pinch me!” I don’t know what does. I love this print so much that I bought my boyfriend the matching shorts. Because let’s be honest, when Lilly makes a matching print for guys , you buy it (during the Lilly Pulitzer After Party Sale of course). The only thing that could make this outfit more St. Patty’s Day worthy would be the shamrock Jack Rogers. Sadly, those weren’t in the budget, but maybe one day.
Outfit #2
My next option is equally as festive and green. I found this cute little throwback shirt dress at one of my favorite secondhand stores in Orlando, Avalon Exchange. I fell in love with the allover tropical print and just had to have it. This dress has proved quite versatile. Sometimes I wear it as a shirt, sometimes a skirt, but today I’m wearing it as a dress (obviously). I won’t lie, the 90’s are kind of making a comeback, and who am I to fight it? Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone! Drink responsibly (and look classy while doing it!)
