So I’ve really been thinking about it and, while I do love looking at gift guides, it’s not really my main source of holiday shopping. A gift guide is full of great ideas, especially if you’re feeling uninspired in 2020. But, I still believe that a thoughtful and personal gift is better than any generic gift. Which is why my gift guides tend to think of certain people in my life and what they would like or need. So I encourage you to do the same. I hope this 2020 gift guide will help inspire you & think of your favorite people. Who knows, maybe your friends & family are a lot like mine and would love the same gifts.

Affordable Gift Guide for 2020
2020 has been an interesting time and many of us are on a tighter budget than in years past. So here is a list of gifts that are under $50 that are both unique and personal. They would be great for friends, family, and even work parties (are those even happening this year?).
More 2020 Gift Guides
There’s typically 1 or 2 people that I’ll really try to focus on in a holiday season. Coming from a large family, I can’t spend a fortune on every single one of them. I’ll rotate who I spend the most on each holiday season, or we’ll occasionally participate in secret Santa. This makes it so no ones feelings get hurt & you can spend more on one person than trying to figure out small gifts for everyone.
Finding the Perfect Gift
Like I said earlier, someone’s perfect gift is probably not in a gift guide. Maybe a friend has been wanting a clothing item for awhile but won’t pull the trigger. Maybe your parents could use a night out or a home cooked meal. Your significant other could just want to upgrade a piece of furniture. The possibilities really are endless. Take time to listen to those little whispers this holiday season. The fact that you pay attention & listen to them when they say these little things (that often go un-noticed) will make the gift that much better. After all, it’s the little things that count. (So if they really love/need socks, get them socks!)
