The hashtag doesn’t lie, #TargetDoesItAgain. Before I took these photos I swung by Target and found yet another set perfect for spring. But that’s for another post. Today I’m sharing this bright coral set. It consist of a faux wrap top and a ruffle hem skirt. They are sold as separates so if you don’t like one of them you don’t need to buy it. However, I’m really a sucker for sets. I love the combinations that you can make with a single set. And though I’ve mentioned how much I love matching sets before, I will 100% be mentioning it again. Expect at least 3 more post this year on matching sets. But enough of that, lets get into this bright beauty.

Bright Coral Set
This set is just one of many items I got in my latest online Target haul. (Online because, I’ve had an in person Target haul since then…oops). Though these pieces are sold as separates, they are displayed as a set. There are two colors that you can buy these separates in. This bright coral, which is great for spring but will be equally as great for summer. And a blush pink, which is great for spring and I can see being worn in fall again too.
๐ or ๐ Let’s Review
Overall I really love this set. The fit is great (which I’m not used to at Target). I’m wearing an XS in both the top and the bottom. However I’m more impressed with the skirt than the top for a couple of reasons. Though the top is classified as a “faux wrap” it is open in the chest until the waistline of the shirt. There is a small clasp to keep it closed however, I’ve always found a button to be more secure in wraps. The main reason I’m not 100% thumbs up on the top is because of the puff sleeve. Y’all know I love a good exaggerated sleeve. But this sleeve they decided to add tulle to give it some extra oomf. It was fine for about half the day and then I needed to get out of it. I felt like I was a child again wearing an extremely uncomfortable dress. While I understand why they thought it needed it, the sleeve is sewn to give it the puff and the tulle is unnecessary. I might be cutting it out in the future.
