Fall Romper Trend – Quarter Sleeves

Two clothing items that undoubtedly work in every season are rompers and jumpsuits. Not matter the temperature, there’s always a romper or jumpsuit that just makes sense for that season. A fall trend that I think is particularly great are rompers with quarter sleeves. Quarter sleeves provides protection against any chill that might be setting in where you are this fall. Even in Florida quarter sleeve rompers are great for fall because they also have shorts. It’s the best of both worlds.

My Favorite Fall Romper

One of my favorite all time places to shop for rompers is from Lilly Pulitzer. In particular I love Lilly’s Karlie Wrap Romper. It’s been a style that they bring back every season or so in new prints and designs. I love it so much that I actually own two. (Thanks to the APS each time). The wrap gives the illusion that it’s actually a dress and the quarter sleeves on it make it the perfect romper for fall.

How to Wear A Romper in Fall

This isn’t to say that rompers with quarter sleeves are the only rompers you can wear in fall. In-fact, as a Floridian I love wearing my rompers all year round. You can take any romper from summer and easily add a sweater or blazer to it to make it more fall appropriate.

Quarter Sleeve Transition Pieces

Quarter sleeves are great for transitioning through seasons. Whether you are transitioning from winter to spring or summer to fall, a quarter sleeve dress or romper works wonders. If you have the right print or color no one will even question whether a piece is made for spring, summer, winter, or fall. Making your closet even more versatile throughout the years. What color works for fall also works for winter. And spring colors do great in summer too. Play with how you wear colors this fall so your wardrobe can do more for you.
