Fun Summer Pom Pom Dress

I have been looking for a summer pom pom dress all summer long. I just adore the Pippa maxi pom pom dress from last summer season. The Cleo sundress is more popular this season, as well as a take on the Pippa Maxi Dress, the Pippa Jumpsuit. Literally, I could stare at these all day long. But, after staring for awhile, my eyes drift to the price. Once that happens, I’m on the hunt!

Trying to find an affordable version of this dress just isn’t easy though. There’s plenty of websites that have cheaper versions, but there’s no review on the items and honestly, they just look a little scammy. (Ever heard of or used OShopLive, Chic Boho Dress, Mode Cici, Mostata, or HeyJue? The few reviews there are on them are not good). You can also find this dress and jumpsuit on Amazon, but again, I’m just not willing to put that kind of money down on a dress right now. So here’s what I came up with.

Summer Pom Pom Dress

There are tons of dresses with pom poms out there. I mean tons. Yet, none of them really give me that giddy feeling as the ones above. One however, I thought was the closest to it for a fair price. This dress is a little bit shorter but it still remains the gingham pattern and of course, the pom poms. The slit on this dress is pretty high up so for some it may make for the perfect summer cover up.

Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and feel very flirty in it because it’s so flowy. It really is a fun summer pom pom dress to own. I also love how many ways you can wear this dress. This is just one way, but you can also wear it as a halter or strapless if you tuck in some of the straps. And don’t even get me started on all the ways you can tie it.

More Pom Pom fun

Pom Poms and tassels are one of my favorite summer trends. It makes me wish that summer would last all year so I could wear them more. This won’t be the last time I have a post about pom poms (and it’s certainly not the 1st one either. Remember this DIY Bag?). So, I wanted to share a few more options for fun pom pom clothes this summer. I’ve linked dresses in varying price ranges from under $25 to over $100. Whatever you want to spend, because some of them have seriously made me question a splurge.
