I bought these suede pants about a month ago from TJ Maxx. I though they’d be perfect for an upcoming girls trip I have planned to Colorado. Since TJ Maxx doesn’t currently have dressing rooms open, I took a risk in buying them. When I got home I tried them on with what felt like every top in my closet but nothing seemed right. For the life of my I could not figure out how to wear these suede pants. Then my friend came for Halloween and we played dress up & figured out how to wear suede pants.

The Winner
At first I thought I was just crazy. Like, one of the tops that I had tried on had to have worked with these pants. I just didn’t think so. When Rana came she confirmed that everything I had tried was just not working. I couldn’t understand how pants so basic didn’t work with well, everything. Quite honestly, I was loosing my mind because I couldn’t find something that worked. Everything I saw on Pinterest seemed to work after all. No worries though, two minds are better than one. Rana helped me pick the top and I suggested a leather jacket that I picked up the same night as the suede pants. (And for a major steal nonetheless. This leather jacket from Ralph Lauren was originally almost $2,000 and I snagged it for under $300! But that story is for another time). I never knew how well faux suede leather and real leather could go together. To say I have the perfect out fit for Colorado now is an understatement.
