There is no shortage when it comes to spring and summer clothing in my closet. There’s plenty of fun colors and floral prints for me to choose from. However, more times than not, I find myself shopping for basics for spring. Here are a few new arrivals for spring that I’ve added to my closet to help me mix and match my wardrobe better all year round.
New Arrivals for Spring from Old Navy
Old Navy has always been a hit or miss for me. But when they had their big spring sale, I couldn’t pass up adding some new arrivals to my cart. I purchased two basics and a printed dress. Unfortunately, the dress was not my cup of tea, so I returned it. The basics though, we’re both keepers.

This rib knit halter is perfect the mix and match with my printed skirts throughout the summer. But also looks great with a pair of white or ever denim shorts. I was a little nervous about purchasing these dark green shorts from Old Navy. Typically the sizing is off when I order bottoms. Much to my surprise, these shorts are perfect! The are true to size and the fabric is lightweight for summer. Definitely happy with both of these purchases, and during the sale I got both of them for under $30! An absolute steal.
More New Arrivals to My Closet
This striped green dress is one other thing I picked up for spring and summer. It’s linen so it’s great for when the weather starts to get unbearable. As you can see, I’m very into green this spring and love that I added this to my wardrobe. It’s such a timeless piece that I can’t wait to wear for years to come.
