Here I am again with another fall outfit post for the Florida girl. We’re almost through the month of September but the heat seems to be lingering just about everywhere in Florida. Having friends and family that live up north right now I think it’s funny hearing about their experiences. You mean it was cold this morning? Worried about a bad winter soon? These just aren’t things that people in Florida worry about. (Hurricanes though have been fairly prominent the past couple years in fall). So I just wanted to share just a few more warm fall outfits in case you’re struggling (like me) to transition fully to fall.

3 Warm Fall Outfits for Florida
I’m trying to start wearing my sweaters earlier in the year so that I can actually justify keeping them. Therefore these outfits are going to incorporate them probably more than I’d like to right now.
Pleated Skirt & Sweater
To be honest, this sweater looks thicker than it actually is. I’ve had this sweater forever and it’s seen it’s share of days outside. Now it’s time for it to see what Florida is like. Luckily all that wear has made it thinner throughout the years. (But you can’t really tell. Especially when I twirl like this…)

I love this button up denim skirt. It’s a timeless piece that works so well in every season. Whether I’m wearing it in summer or in fall, it always looks great. To make this skirt more suited for fall I paired it with a cardigan and a button up. It would also look great with a graphic tee and cardigan for something a little edgier.

Utility Skirt & Denim Jacket
I’m so glad I bought this utility skirt when I did. Not only did I get it on sale but it’s easily become one of my most worn items in fall. And this is what, 2 years running with this skirt? The style and color are just perfect for fall. I tried pairing it with a denim jacket and I have to say, I’m totally loving it.
