Where do I begin with this yellow dress? I love it. It looks so amazing on and makes me feel so feminine and dainty. Unfortunately, it doesn’t photograph nearly as well as I would have liked. That combined with poor planning for the light I was looking for left me a little frustrated while taking these photos. But as they say, the show must go on. Thanks to my (extremely) patient photographer and partner in crime, we managed to snag some pretty decent photos. Maybe later in the year I’ll find a location/time of day that will truly let this yellow dress shine.

Step into Spring with a Yellow Dress
Yellow is a very popular color at the start of spring. It can be found around almost every corner at any clothing store this time of year. Around this time last year I actually purchased another yellow dress from Target. Dressing rooms were not available. I bought it and tried it on at home and thought it was cute enough to keep. Honestly, I’ve hardly touched it since. I don’t think that will happen wit this yellow dress though. It makes a great dress to wear to work, church, brunch, the beach…the list is endless! I particularly love that it’s not fitted but is designed in a way that gives you a figure. (With or without a belt). Along with a few of my other favorite things, a puff sleeve and ruffle hem, this dress is truly a perfect find.
