Summer continues to end for more and more people. I have friends in Virginia complaining about the back and forth 60-90 degree weather. I have family in Ohio dreading the falling leaves. I follow some amazing bloggers that live further North trying to soak up the last of summers rays (if they haven’t already). Then there’s me, in Florida, with temperatures still in the mid 90’s that feel like 100+. So clearly this is Not Your Typical Fall Fashion post.
Not Your Typical Fall Fashion – Florida
I’m trying to keep up with everyone and their fabulous fall fashion, fall wardrobe, and fall essentials, really I am. I even made a post earlier this week on attempting to transition from a summer wardrobe to a fall wardrobe. But, just because I might post something about fall doesn’t magically make the temperature drop 20 degrees overnight. I have read some amazing post from my fellow Florida bloggers on how to imitate fall fashion without melting. And while I enjoy and agree with (most) all the tips made in the linked post, I still threw on this dress today. If this dress doesn’t scream fall essentials to you, I don’t know what will! The bright pink with the banana leaf print is just so fall. (Hopefully y’all are catching my sarcasm).
I promise Florida will make it to fall eventually , even if it is a couple months late. And when that time comes I will embrace all the fall fashions of this year, even if it kills me! But for now, we still have 3 months left in the year for me to get there.
