2021 Flower & Garden Festival at Epcot

What a time to be alive y’all! I mean, we actually might get to enjoy the entirety of the 2021 Flower & Garden Festival at Epcot this year! Last year got cut short because of Ms. Rona and we didn’t even get our Orange Bird Passholder magnet. It was a truly devastating time. Luckily, we know more about covid this year than we did last and can enjoy our outside time at Disney World. The Flower & Garden Festival runs from March 3rd – July 5th! 2021 Flower & Garden Festival Food I know, the moment we’ve all been waiting for, the most awaited food item of festival season, Violet…

Bonnet Creek Disney World Weekend Trip

This weekend Michael and I had the most magical getaway at Bonnet Creek. For Christmas, Michael’s big gift to me was a weekend retreat on Disney Property. While we are passholders we don’t typically stay on property. (Actually, I think we’ve only done it maybe twice since becoming passholders). Since it’s not something we typically do at Disney, it was of course extra magical. Here’s a look at our weekend getaway at Bonnet Creek. Baltimore, Maryland Valentine’s Weekend Recap

I just came back from a much needed trip to see one of my favorite girlfriends in Baltimore, MD. I’m really a firm believer in maintaining efforts in relationships. Since she came down to see me for Halloween, it was only right for me to go up there for Valentine’s. Y’all I stuffed my face with treats this weekend and have no regrets. While going out wasn’t key on our list of things to do, staying in was much needed. Not to mention, I love being fat and eating my favorite foods non-stop. Here’s a line-up of where we went to eat out at and what we had eating in.…

    Girls Trip to Denver Colorado

Y’all I had the best girls trip to Denver this past weekend! It was so good to see all my girls again and enjoy so much real talk together. While the rise of Covid in the area kind of put a damper on our plans, we still got to enjoy each other’s company and the great outdoors. (All while practicing safety measures of course. Christmas is right around the corner you know). Here’s a few of my favorite things that we did while in Colorado! Girls Trip Weekend Line-Up Alright so technically we didn’t stay in Denver for our girls trip. We stayed a little further west in Dillon. Which…

What I’m Packing for Denver, CO

The long awaited girls trip is finally here! In just 2 days I’ll be on a plane to fly off to the actual cold. I’ve flown to Denver a handful of times in my life but it’s honestly been awhile. And I’ve certainly never made a trip in the dead of winter. So after careful calculations (and many Google searches) I’ve finally decided on what I’m packing for this girls trip to Denver, Colordao! Best Spring Break Locations in Florida

Every year of my college career I went to Florida for Spring Break. This isn’t really saying much because my family lived in Florida, but it was great to bring my friends a long every year for the trip. While I would certainly say I know Orlando better than most other places in Florida, that doesn’t mean I don’t know some other killer spring break locations in Florida. Today I’m sharing just a few places inside the sunshine state that make awesome spring break getaways. Top Spring Break Locations in Florida South Beach, Florida Probably one of the most famous and most popular spring break location in Florida. South Beach…

Seattle: A Day Guide to the Emerald City

My recent cruise to Alaska left from port in Seattle, Washington. Generally, if you’re taking an Alaskan cruise, you don’t leave out of Florida. When we disembarked after a week of cruising, we didn’t have to catch a plane until later in the evening. This left us hours to explore and enjoy Seattle (known as the emerald city). We had two wonderful tour guides, an old roommate of my boyfriends mom and her husband. (Hopefully that’s not as confusing as it sounds. At least it wasn’t my boyfriends mom’s aunts sister, right?) Since I’m a total city girl, I have nothing bad to say about Seattle! Even the gross gum…

    My Favorite Alaskan Cruise Excursions

It’s been a little crazy the past week and a half, but I’ve finally pulled together a recap of my Alaskan Cruise Excursions. I got back from my cruise a little over a week ago. Within 5 days I was jetting off again to a wedding up in Virginia. Hopefully I can start getting back into a routine and enjoy some downtime on the weekend for the rest of the summer. For now, take a look at all the adventure I had in Alaska! Hopefully it helps you pick out some things you may want to do in the future.  Alaskan Cruise Excursions Sled Dogs Our first port day was…

    West Palm Beach GreenMarket

I was hoping to have gone to the West Palm GreenMartket much sooner than this past weekend. With rain and so many weddings though, this past Saturday was the first and only time I was able to attend the City of West Palm Beach GreenMarket this season. I’d highly recommend going, but seeing as this Saturday is the last one, you might have to wait until next GreenMarket season to go. What is the West Palm GreenMarket? The GreenMarket is an enormous farmers market that runs every Saturday in West Palm Beach from October to April. Don’t go thinking the GreenMarket is your typical farmers market though. With over 90…

    Tampa Museum of Art

Season of Love The Tampa Museum of Art is currently holding an exhibition called the “Season of Love” and includes work from artist Yayoi Kusama and Robert Indiana. To some, these names mean nothing. But when paired with their artwork you will understand why the Tampa Museum of Art titled this exhibition “Season of Love”. The exhibit started in August and runs until March, but some of the most exciting and immersive artwork will end it’s display on February 14th, Valentine’s Day. I highly recommend seeing it before then, especially as it makes for a great date! The Tampa Museum of Art also offers free admission for anyone with a…
