Jumpsuits are a trend that have taken me awhile to warm up too. I had this idea that since I was petite I couldn’t wear things that were long. At the time, most of my wardrobe consisted of mini skirts and dresses. But once I tried one, there was no doubting how much I loved them! Since my first jumpsuit, I’ve added a handful more. Though in all honesty, they don’t get worn nearly as often as they should. Which is why I decided to rent this fall jumpsuit instead. (I’d love to wear my jumpsuits to work more, but going to the bathroom in them is so unpractical).

Since signing up for a fashion rental service I’ve been able to try things that I might not have thought worth the money before. I like plenty of clothes, but I don’t love as much as I like. Nuuly has given me the opportunity to try things out that I might like, but not know I love until I’ve tried it. (Which is also a danger).
Styling a Jumpsuit for Fall
Most of my jumpsuits are for summer, then one specifically for the holiday season. But this plaid jumpsuit is perfect for fall. It’s a little thicker than my summer jumpsuits that are cotton, but still not unbearable in September and October in Florida. The neckline is low which adds some sex appeal to it. However, it’d also look great with a turtleneck layered underneath it.
I found it hard to accessorize this jumpsuit for fall accordingly. I didn’t have a bag that felt right with it, which made me a little disappointed that the jumpsuit didn’t have pockets. The length of this jumpsuit is also great for shoes. It’s not too long that you have to wear heels, but not too short that your ankles are exposed. I went with a pair of black loafers that worked great for this length.
